"Paid for a Mercedes E-Class but due to a delay a different car and driver was assigned. The second driver was fantastic, excellent driver and very personable. I Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
However I am disappointed at the price paid for the service overall given that paid for Mercedes E-Class and was assigned a Pruis. It would be nice to have been offered a discount accordingly."
